Job Details
- We are seeking qualified and experienced individuals to apply for Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors/Supervisors across some of it’s exam centres in the following cities/town;
- The ad-hoc job is a one-off temporary assignment for the upcoming examination period only.
- Training: 13th July 2026 – 26th July 2026
- Exam Period: 27th July 2026 to 9th August 2026
Responsibilities
- Monitoring CBT exams
- Ensuring strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
- Supervising and monitoring the conduct of examinations to prevent malpractice.
- Assisting in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
- Submit reports on exam conduct.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Master's Degree from a recognized institution and relevant technical experience.
- Prior experience in examination supervision/proctoring in a tertiary institution.
- Must be resident in afore listed cities/towns.
- Strong computer and web operating skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to duty.
