Medical Representative

Description
- The Medical Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key customers.
- The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and increasing product awareness while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical marketing practices.
Responsibilties
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and market coverage objectives.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly field activities.
- Participate in product launches, medical conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective distribution and product availability within the territory.
- Comply with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and regulatory requirements.
Education
- B.Sc Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or any other Science-related discipline.
E xperience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 3–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience will have an added advantage.
Skills And Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Sales negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and customer engagement.
Key Attributes:
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
