- Lead sector coverage, originate and manage quality customer relationships, structure credit and trade transactions, drive deposit and revenue growth, coordinate internal approvals, monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit, risk and regulatory standards.
Technical Competencies
- Credit analysis; financial statement analysis; deal origination and structuring; sector/industry analysis; risk assessment; relationship management; portfolio monitoring; regulatory and compliance awareness; negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience/Exposure
- Demonstrable exposure to real estate development, construction finance, project milestones, documentation and contractor risk.
Minimum Educational & Professional Qualifications
- HND or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years' banking/relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in sector relationship management or structured finance.
- Professional qualification is an added advantage.
