YouTube Manager (Hybrid)

Role Overview
- Visual content is one of the most powerful tools a brand has, and YouTube is where that power compounds over time. As YouTube Manager at Eni Brand Architect, you'll own the YouTube presence of EBA and its clients, building channels that don't just accumulate views but grow audiences, deepen brand authority, and drive real results.
- This role is for someone who understands the YouTube ecosystem inside out from strategy and SEO to storytelling and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute YouTube channel strategies aligned with each brand's goals and content pillars
- Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for YouTube across EBA's client portfolio
- Oversee video uploads, optimisation, and publishing — including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and end screens
- Collaborate with the content production team to ensure videos are edited, formatted, and packaged for YouTube performance
- Conduct keyword research and apply YouTube SEO best practices to maximise discoverability
- Monitor channel analytics and produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Grow subscriber bases organically through strategic content planning, community engagement, and platform features
- Stay ahead of YouTube algorithm updates, trends, and content formats — Shorts, long-form, live, and beyond
- Manage community interaction comments, community posts, and audience engagement
- Support campaign integrations and brand partnerships on the platform where required
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels — a portfolio or demonstrable results is essential
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithm behaviour, and platform analytics
- Strategic thinker who understands how YouTube fits into a broader brand and content ecosystem
- Ability to brief and collaborate with video editors and content producers effectively
- Data-driven mindset — you use numbers to make decisions, not just report them
- Creative eye for thumbnails, packaging, and what makes someone click and stay
- Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar YouTube optimisation platforms is a plus
- Organised, consistent, and able to manage multiple channels simultaneously
- Lagos-based with flexibility to work with the team as needed.
