Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns Set budgets, audiences, and A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages Monitor ad performance daily and report on ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPMWork with designers to create thumb-stopping ad creatives and videos3. Grow followers, engagement, and conversions month over month Use analytics tools to report weekly/monthly performance to management Run competitor analysis and recommend new platforms/tactics Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to align campaigns
