Human Resources Manager

Job Description

• Manage hotel recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration to support an effective and service-focused workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain confidential personnel records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Support performance reviews, staff development and departmental training plans.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
• Advise managers on HR policies and support compliance with applicable employment requirements.
• Monitor staffing needs, employee welfare and HR reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities; hospitality experience is preferred.
• CIPM or another relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• Strong employee relations, recruitment, recordkeeping and communication skills.
• Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive information.
