Job Location : Lagos Deadline : July 03, 2026 Quick Recommended Links- The Head of Academic is the Chief Academic Officer of CIFM, responsible for academic strategy, curriculum development, faculty leadership, research advancement, quality assurance and student experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Management of Academic Strategy
- Develop and deliver high-quality academic and training programs
- Manage curriculum development and accreditation
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance
- Oversee student admissions, progress, and experience
- Drive research initiatives and industry partnerships
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance
- Manage academic budgets and resources
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master of Science degree in insurance, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
- AIIN or FIIN qualification preferred.
- 7-10 years of working experience in academic leadership, including senior roles.
- Strong curriculum development and executive education experience.
- Academic leadership experience and Insurance/finance industry knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build academic credibility and programme growth.
