ERP Support Executive / ERP Officer

Job Summary
- We are looking for an ERP Support Executive / ERP Officer to manage ERP-related activities and provide sales, inventory, and operational support to the Sales and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ERP system and support the Sales and Operations teams.
- Create sales orders, packing lists, delivery orders, and invoices based on sales requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and retail clients to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by region/country.
- Monitor inventory and conduct monthly stock reconciliation.
- Track Sales team performance using sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and order-processing records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the ERP system.
- Prepare operational and management reports as required.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, sales operations, order processing, inventory, or a related role.
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale, retail, or distribution is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
