General Manager (Retail & E-commerce)

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business and lead their team through the next phase of growth.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving operations, developing people, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Supervise store, customer care, warehouse, and administrative teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and physical store.
- Improve operational efficiency and implement scalable processes.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales and business goals.
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure SOPs are followed across every department.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and customer support.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Drive continuous improvement across the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing retail businesses is required.
- Experience managing both physical store operations and online sales is highly preferred.
- Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, pharmacy, or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using inventory or retail management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
