Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, drive organisational growth, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's daily operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and growth.
- Oversee key departments, including sales, logistics, finance, and administration.
- Establish performance targets and ensure departmental objectives align with business goals.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage resources, control operational costs, and ensure efficient business processes.
- Supervise departmental heads and promote accountability across the organisation.
- Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing business operations and leading multiple departments.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of financial management, business development, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve organisational targets.
- Must reside in Mushin, Lagos, or its surrounding environs.
Salary
N800,000 per month.
