Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our range of construction and building material products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned sales territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling construction materials, building products, industrial products, or related solutions.
- Previous experience in business development, account management, or direct B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and project sales cycle.
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage.

- Competitive monthly Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
- Daily Transport Allowance of N2,500 – N4,000 per working day (as applicable).
