Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

Role Summary
- Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to ensure that food quality, hygiene, service, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food quality, preparation, packaging, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular checks on kitchen and service operations.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor portion control, cleanliness, and product consistency.
- Identify and report quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain daily quality and inspection reports.
Requirements
- Previous QSR or restaurant experience is required.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or quality control within the food service industry.
- Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to enforce operational and hygiene standards.
- Must be willing to work a one-day-on, one-day-off schedule.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with QSR experience are strongly preferred.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
