Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager who is interested in building a career in a professional, collaborative and performance-oriented environment where your expertise is valued, your development is supported, and you have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and business growth.
- You will manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities while driving cost efficiency, supplier performance and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies.
- Source, evaluate and manage suppliers.
- Lead price and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment and services.
- Monitor supplier performance, cost, quality and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in construction, engineering or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and supplier-management skills.
- Sound knowledge of procurement and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
- CIPS or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
