Locatie: Regio Epe. Dit innovatieve bedrijf in Epe, actief in de Karton- en Verpakkingsindustrie, produceert verpakkingsoplossingen voor nationale en internationale klanten.
Als Operator Dagdienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van de machines die kartonnen verpakkingen snijden en bedrukken. In deze moderne productieomgeving werk je samen met collega's om de productie-efficiëntie te verbeteren en hoogwaardige producten te leveren.

Functie-inhoud:
- Je bedient en monitort productiemachines die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het snijden, vouwen en bedrukken van verpakkingsmaterialen
- Je voert steekproefsgewijze controles uit op de verpakkingen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen
- Je verhelpt zelfstandig kleine storingen en voert preventief onderhoud uit om stilstand van de productie te voorkomen
- Je houdt de productiegegevens nauwkeurig bij en rapporteert eventuele afwijkingen aan de supervisor
- Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de werkprocessen en werkt samen met collega's om de productie-efficiëntie te verhogen.
Functie-eisen:
- Je hebt minimaal een mbo-diploma in een technische richting zoals procestechniek, mechatronica of werktuigbouwkunde
- Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van productiemachines, bij voorkeur in de verpakkings- of kartonindustrie
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig storingen op te lossen en productieprocessen te optimaliseren
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit bij het uitvoeren van controles
- Je kunt goed omgaan met technische uitdagingen en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt efficiënt samenwerken binnen het team.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.950,- en € 3.300,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis.25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld
