Job Summary
- Our client is seeking motivated and analytical STEM graduates to join their team as Graduate Trainees.
- The ideal candidates should have a background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and currently reside in or around either location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technical and operational activities within assigned departments.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workplace challenges.
- Participate in training programmes and assigned projects.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with established procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND with Upper Credit in a relevant STEM discipline; candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome.
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
- Must be willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
- Preference for candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and reside within or close to the respective locations.
