Commercial Management Trainee - Data Analysis

Responsibilities

• Support field and office sales activities.
• Identify and engage prospective customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Learn through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Collect, clean, organize, and visualize sales and route to market data
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in developing dashboards and visual reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update CRM systems.
• Support sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads.
• Participate in field operations and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete assigned training, projects, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics or any related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
