Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities while supporting the CFO in ensuring effective financial management and controls. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers. Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions. Prepare and perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Support inventory and branch-level financial reconciliations. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Assist with internal and external audits. Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions. Work closely with the CFO and Finance team on financial and accounting matters. Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO. Qualifications & Requirements B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience. ICAN qualified or ICAN in view is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
