Job title : IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Overseeing the resolution of technical issues, providing guidance to the team on complex problems, and ensuring timely resolution of user requests.
• System Administration: Managing computer systems, networks, and applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security.
• Project Management: Coordinating IT projects, defining requirements, developing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including security protocols.
• Budget Management: Managing IT resources, including hardware, software, and personnel, within allocated budgets.
• Communication and Collaboration: Working with other departments to understand their IT needs, communicating IT strategies, and collaborating on projects.

Qualifications

• University major in Computer Science or any equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in IT

• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
