Recruitment Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent. The responsibilities include conducting interviews, developing job descriptions, implementing hiring strategies, and onboarding new hires effectively. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to fulfill organizational recruitment goals and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes to attract and onboard top talent. Strong Interviewing and Communication abilities to ensure a seamless recruitment process and collaboration with candidates and teams. Experience in Training new hires to facilitate their integration and success within the organization. Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with HR software and talent acquisition tools is a plus. Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment processes is advantageous. Demonstrates a proactive and professional attitude with a solution-focused approach.
