• Are you currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) where you can gain practical experience in IT, client support, and business operations?
• We are seeking a smart, reliable, and highly motivated Computer Engineer (NYSC Corps Member) to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and willing to support both technical operations and logistics activities within a fast-paced IT solutions company.

Job Responsibilities
Technical Support:

• Assist in providing first-level technical support for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
• Assist with system installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and documentation.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, installations, and service activities.

Logistics & Operations:

• Coordinate the delivery and collection of IT products and equipment to and from clients.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure products are delivered accurately and in good condition while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation of products received and dispatched.
• Support the operations team in ensuring seamless execution of client orders and projects.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a PPA.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos for client visits, product deliveries, and vendor engagements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
