Job title : Partner Operations Analyst
Job Location : Lagos Deadline : August 10, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksPrincipal Accountabilities/Objectives:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on partner performance and SLAs.
- Support the Partner Service Operations Lead and the Partner Commercial &
- Performance Operatons Lead in tracking financial and operational KPIs across partner portfolios.
- Analyze incidents, trends, and cost deviations to recommend improvements.
- Support quarterly Partner Business Reviews with data insights.
- Ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
- Participate in automation projects and process documentation.
- Serves as operational backbone for partner services.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Report accuracy and timeliness >95%.
- Partner performance trend improvements.
- Efficiency of data analysis and
- automation initiatives >99%.
- Process compliance rate > 90%.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, or Power BI.
Skills & Competencies:
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Process documentation and reporting discipline.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of telecom or cloud operations.
