CRM-Manager/in (100%)
Ihre Tätigkeiten
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der CRM-Strategie
Planung von Massnahmen zur Kundenbindung und Abo-Verlängerung
Analyse von Kunden- und Nutzungsdaten zur Optimierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsmassnahmen
Planung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Kampagnen (Newsletter, Marketing Automation, Reaktivierung)
Unterstützung von Cross- und Upselling von Fachmedien
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und relevanter Metadaten in allen ERP-Systemen
Implementierung und Betreuung eines neues CRM-Systems
Monitoring und Reporting von Kampagnen- und Vertriebskennzahlen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Analyse, Marketing und Vertrieb sowie Produktmanagement
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Marketing, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Recht) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im CRM oder datengetriebenem Marketing
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Affinität zu Daten und digitalen Produkten
Gute Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools und idealerweise mit ERP- und CMS-Systemen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
