Crop Production Supervisor

Job Summary
- The Crop Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day crop production activities on the farm, ensuring efficient farm operations, optimal crop yield, and compliance with good agricultural practices.
- The role involves supervising farm workers, implementing crop production plans, monitoring plant health, and ensuring proper use of inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Crop Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields
- At least 7 years relevant experience in Agroforestry or Tree crops, Cereal crops, Horticultural crops.
- Strong knowledge of crop husbandry, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems.
- Practical experience in managing farm workers and field operations.
- Ability to work in a rural farm environment and under varying weather conditions.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
