Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Work closely with QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Monitor production costs and minimize waste, rework, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements .
- Investigate production challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit regular production performance reports.
- Monitor equipment and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Train, coach, and develop production personnel.
- Ensure good housekeeping and discipline within the production environment.
