Product & Project Manager - AI & Digitalization

Job Summary
- We are seeking proactive and results-driven Product & Project Managers to drive AI and Digitalization projects within the Marketing function.
- The ideal candidates will combine strong product and project management skills with the ability to work across Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors.
- You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects are executed successfully from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate AI and digitalization projects within the Marketing function from initiation to delivery.
- Translate business requirements and marketing needs into clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and action plans.
- Work closely with Marketing, Technology/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Drive Agile project management practices, including planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project follow-ups and ensure stakeholders deliver agreed actions within timelines.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, user feedback, and deployment activities where applicable.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and ensure end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Product and Project Management principles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product/project deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience working across business, technology/IT, and external vendor teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent follow-up, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve challenges proactively.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks through to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Gross Monthly
