Job Description
- We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer-oriented graduate to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide information about the company's services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
