Retail Manager

Job Summary
- As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving revenue growth, managing retail teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
- Develop merchandising strategies and maintain premium visual presentation standards
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize business results
- Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve operational excellence
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably within luxury retail environments
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales performance analysis
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage store profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
