- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Process transactions and requests.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain customer records and feedback.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years of experience.
- NYSC candidates only.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
