Telemarketer, NYSC (Hausa Speaker)

The Telemarketer is responsible for generating qualified loan leads and promoting the company's financial products to registered civil servants. The role involves contacting prospective customers by phone, building relationships, explaining loan offerings, and assisting clients through the initial stages of the loan application process. The Telemarketer will also participate in off-phone marketing activities to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Contact registered civil servants via telephone to introduce and promote the company's loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and benefits to prospective customers. Follow up with interested prospects to encourage loan applications and maintain customer engagement. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Participate in off-phone marketing activities such as field marketing, corporate visits, customer outreaches, roadshows, and promotional events when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Stay informed about company products, lending policies, and industry developments. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical marketing standards.
