Data Entry Officer

Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-driven Data Entry Officer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems to support business operations and decision-making.
- If you are fast, accurate with a computer, and love working with data and digital tools, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input & Management - Accurately enter data from documents, forms, and systems into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Data Verification - Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness. Make corrections where needed.
- Database Updates - Maintain and update customer, product, and sales records on CRM, Excel, Google Sheets.
- Report Generation - Prepare weekly/monthly reports from entered data for management review.
- File Organization - Scan, sort, and file documents both digitally and physically for easy retrieval.
- System Support- Work with other teams to ensure data flows smoothly between departments and software.
- Confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in any field
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet research skills

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
