Job Location : Edo Deadline : August 08, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksA UK based private employer is looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and reliable individual to fill a full time Property and Household Manager role based in Benin City, Edo State.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular inspection of landed properties across Benin City with photographic reporting
- Full caretaking of a residential property including tenant liaison and contractor supervision
- Running errands and carrying out tasks as directed, often at short notice, and treating all tasks as a priority
- Maintaining property records, financial logs, and written weekly and monthly reports
- Community liaison and engagement with local contacts as required
Requirements
- Must hold a current, valid Nigerian driver's licence this is non-negotiable
- Must be based in Benin City with good knowledge of the city
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and discreet
- Must be able to work independently and proactively without supervision
- Must have a reliable smartphone with WhatsApp and internet access
- A guarantor and character witness both based in Benin City are required before appointment
- NIN, passport photograph, and residential address required before commencement
Salary and Benefits
- Salary negotiable based on experience, discussed at interview
- Transportation provided or mutually agreed
- Annual salary review and additional compensation for heavier months
