Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and attend to customers professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Answer calls and manage front desk activities.
- Maintain records and ensure a tidy reception area.
- Provide general administrative support when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be polite, organised, and customer-focused.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage.
Remuneration
- Salary: N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
- Performance Bonus: Available.
