Job title: Management Accountant Salary: 600,000 Location: Island & Mainland We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, product costing, and financial performance reporting across our bakery and QSR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual budgets.
- Prepare monthly performance and budget variance reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliations and variances.
- Review production efficiency, material usage and overhead costs.
- Monitor operational expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare product costings and periodic re-costings.
- Provide management reports and insights.
- Supervise finance team members.
- Improve financial controls and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience.
- ERP and Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
