- We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Content Creator who understands fashion, branding, storytelling, and digital growth. We're not looking for someone who only posts on Instagram.
- We're looking for someone who can build a brand, create content that connects with people, grow an engaged community, and turn attention into sales.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Develop creative content ideas that reflect the 2207 brand.
- Cover behind-the-scenes shoots, launches and brand events.
- Manage our Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions and strong calls-to-action.
- Respond to comments, messages and build an active online community.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using analytics.
- Work closely with the creative and production team to plan campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve content planning, ideation and creative execution.
- Stay updated with fashion trends, content trends and social media updates.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Content Creation or Social Media Management.
- Strong portfolio of fashion, beauty or lifestyle content.
- Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and other editing tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI or similar to support content creation and productivity.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for fashion and premium brands.
Added Advantage:
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience working with fashion or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Experience running influencer or UGC campaigns.
