Project Coordinator - Electrical, Facility, Mechanical and Technical Work

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Technician to coordinate project activities, supervise site operations, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, and according to approved specifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities on assigned projects.
- Supervise subcontractors, contractors, and site personnel.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
- Prepare and maintain work plans, schedules, activity trackers, and progress reports.
- Follow up on outstanding activities and ensure timely completion.
- Identify project delays, risks, constraints, and resource requirements and escalate appropriately.
- Conduct site supervision, technical inspections, and quality checks.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure work meets required standards.
- Provide technical and project progress updates.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, photographs, and project documentation.
- Provide maintenance and technical support when required.
Requirements
- Relevant technical/project coordination experience.
- Proven experience in site supervision and contractor/vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Strong technical inspection and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple project activities.
- Candidates living on the Lagos Mainland are strongly preferred.
Salary
N 200,000 (Negotiable) Monthly.
