Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager on behalf of Fabric Butik to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships within the textile and fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s textile products and services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business development reports, and market analysis reports.
- Identify opportunities for product diversification and market expansion.
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of textile products, production processes, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
