Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum First Degree (BSC/HND) in Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency with accounting software (working knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage)
- A professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance is an added advantage e.g. ICAN, CFA, CIMA amongst others.
Skills:
- Ability to oversee financial and accounting operations
- Ability to interpret financial results and recommend process improvements
- Capacity to support strategic financial decision-making processes
- Skilled in preparing budgets and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of compliance with Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
- Effective management of cash flow forecasting and bank relationships
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local accounting regulatory policies and guidelines.
Salary and Benefits
- N500,000 - N550,000 (Gross) monthly
