Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and experienced Admininistrative & Facility Officer to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the effective management of company facilities, assets, and resources.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, maintain a safe and functional work environment, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office facilities and ensure all equipment and utilities are in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for office assets and infrastructure.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure cost-effective resource management.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets and inventories.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
• Coordinate office space management and facility improvements.
• Manage fleet administration and logistics where applicable.
• Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
• Support company events and other administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in Administration and Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, asset management, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational and resource management skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
