Commercial Finance Analyst

About the Role
- We are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.
- You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability by providing financial insights into sales performance, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue, ARPU, profitability, and customer acquisition costs.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial deals.
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to improve business performance.
- Support business intelligence initiatives and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar role.
- Experience in the Telecommunications, ISP, FTTH, or Infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- Financial Modelling
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
