Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and hospitality standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
