Sales Support Staff

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sales Support Staff to assist the sales team with daily operations, customer enquiries, sales coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Benin City and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Assist with preparing quotations, invoices, sales reports, and other relevant documents.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Support the sales team in achieving set targets.
• Assist with customer relationship management and after-sales support.
• Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the appropriate department.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, or administration is an advantage.
• Must be conversant with Benin city and environs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be hardworking, confident, presentable, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Must be willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Must be available to resume promptly.
