Investment Advisor

What You'll Do
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Independently source and prospect new investment leads within your network and the wider market.
- Portfolio Guidance: Guide self-sourced clients through NeoHomes investment plans, payment structures, and expected returns.
- Deal Structuring & Closing: Present offers, negotiate terms, and independently close investment agreements on NeoHomes properties in line with company targets.
- Market Intelligence: Understand the Abuja real estate market and stay current on trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to advise NeoHomes clients accurately.
- Relationship & Portfolio Growth: Maintain client relationships post-sale and identify upsell/referral opportunities within NeoHomes' portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree
- Ability to independently source and prospect new investment leads within their network and the wider market
- Ability to guide self-sourced clients through investment plans, payment structures, and expected returns
- Ability to present offers, negotiate terms, and independently close investment agreements in line with company targets
- Understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Ability to maintain post-sale client relationships and identify upsell/referral opportunities
Remuneration
- Salary: N1,000,000 per month.
- Sales Target: N50,000,000.
