Customer Care Representative (NYSC)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Corps Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries professionally, resolve complaints, and provide support that ensures a positive customer experience. This role is best suited for a corps member who is articulate, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
- Attend to customer complaints, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where necessary
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, policies, and processes
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Support the team in managing customer databases and updating relevant records
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex complaints to the appropriate department
- Assist with order follow-up, service updates, and other customer support-related tasks
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member
- Must have at least (10 months remaining) in service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Previous internship, volunteer, or customer-facing experience is an added advantage
Salary
N60,000 / Month.
