Packing Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing store operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of packing materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and production delays.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Sales and Logistics teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure proper labelling, material handling, housekeeping and safety within the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
- Minimise stock losses, damages and wastage.
Requirements
- OND, HND or BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years’ relevant experience in packing store, warehouse or inventory management within a manufacturing company.
- Experience in a plastic manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong supervisory, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability.
