Sales & Marketing Officers
a Real Estate Marketing Company - Sales Force Consulting
Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Officers will work as part of a team responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
- This role requires a candidate with passion for sales marketing, both in-field and on social media platforms to drive business growth and increased market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients andmanage the relationships of former and existing clients.
- Leverage networks, contacts and social media to widen marketing activities for sales conversions.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries
- Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met
- Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of the real estate market in Nigeria
Qualifications / Requirements
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- Passion for sales.
- Sales experience is not compulsory as robust and comprehensive sales training shall be carried out.
- Sales and marketing experience in real estate or any field is only an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong initiative, time management, and stress management skills.
Other Requirements:
- Hardworking with high levels of integrity
- Interested candidates must presently reside or can easily procure accommodation in Asaba or Onitsha depending on where they reside,

Remuneration
- N120,000 monthly starting and to be reviewed upwards after probation
- 10% commission on any sale
