Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
- We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults.
- Inspect hotel equipment and building systems.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems.
- Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues.
- Support emergency repairs when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.
- Support maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, rooftop bar, kitchen, gym, and conference facilities.
Requirements
- OND/HND/Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
- 2–4 years' practical maintenance experience.
- Hotel or commercial building experience is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call duties.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
