We are seeking skilled and dedicated Production Workshop Operators (Cutting) to join the production team of a manufacturing company specialising in treated insecticide net production.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out cutting operations on netting and fabric materials accurately and efficiently, while supporting smooth production and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cutting operations according to production requirements.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to required specifications.
• Follow cutting patterns, measurements, and work instructions.
• Operate and handle cutting tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain accuracy and minimise material wastage.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cutting, sewing, tailoring, or a similar production environment.
• Good knowledge of cutting tools and equipment.
• Ability to work with measurements and patterns.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
