Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator

- Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure product consistency.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to sanitation protocols (CIP).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing or mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
