Property Manager / Agent

Job Summary
- As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties within our portfolio.
- You are to source properties for the Firm
- Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal property performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient property management and timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
- Screen and select qualified tenants, conduct lease negotiations, and enforce lease agreements.
- Address tenant concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and records.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote property vacancies and attract prospective tenants.
- Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and ensure compliance.
- Foster positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using property management software and tools.
- Close attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and rental laws.
