Project Technical Assistant

Job Description

• Our client, a technology solutions cybersecurity startup, is seeking an experienced person as a project technical assistant who would provide project tracking, coordination, administrative support, and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project research, analyse data, develop survey questions, and review responses.
• Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, presentations, and maintain project records.
• Provide administrative support, manage schedules, organise meetings, take minutes, and track action points.
• Coordinate project logistics, travel, events, and other project-related activities as required.
• May travel (intra/inter) to achieve deliverables, go to meetings, and attend other events.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Any combination of education related to Administration, Project Management, Research, ICT, Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• 1 - 3 years' experience in project management, team coordination, administration, research, or related work.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Confidentiality and discretion, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, verbal expression, and interpersonal skills.
• Time Management, multitasking, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Candidate with a personal laptop preferred.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
